Wide Egg Noodles. Traditional wide egg noodles with a homestyle taste
and texture. This low sodium product is free from preservatives.
Ingredients
Durum
Flour (wheat), Egg Yolks Or Eggs, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate (iron),
Thiamin, Mononitrate (vitamin B1), Riboflavin (vitamin B2) And Folic
Acid.

Cooking
Directions for Noodles: Bring 5 quarts water to a rapid boil. Add salt,
if desired. Empty noodles into boiling water. Cook uncovered, stirring
frequently, for 7 to 9 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached.
Drain and serve. Noodles used in soups or casseroles should not be
boiled more than 7 minutes.
