Directions

Preparation:
Pour out desired portion. Close bag and seal with a rubber band or
store in a resealable freezer bag and return to freezer. Caution (for
oil preparation methods): Ice crystals may form on frozen food and can
cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully to hot
oil. Cooking Instructions: Oven/Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 450
degrees F. Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a dark nonstick
baking sheet or shallow baking pan. Place in oven and bake for 12
minutes. Turn fries and continue baking for 8-12 minutes, or to a light
golden color. Deep fryer (It is recommended when using this cooking
method to use a non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil): Preheat oil to 350
degrees F. Place frozen fries in fryer basket. Do not fill basket more
than half full. Carefully lower basket into hot oil. Fry for 3 – 3-1/2
minutes, or to a light golden color. Remove and spread on absorbent
paper. Electric Skillet (It is recommended when using this cooking
method to use a non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil): Preheat 3
tablespoons oil to medium heat (350 degrees F) in electric skillet.
Carefully spread frozen fries in a single layer. Stir to evenly
distribute the oil on fries. Cover with lid and cook 9-10 minutes, or to
a light golden color. Stir frequently for uniform cooking. Remove and
spread on absorbent paper. Note: Cook to desired golden color. Cooking
times vary depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the
final minutes of cooking. When cooking smaller amounts, reduce cooking
time. Do not overcook. Product must be fully cooked for food safety and
quality. Keep frozen.
